1. Education: – Any Graduate

2. Having Good Communication, presentation skills , networking skills and negotiating skills.

3. Work experience :- 0-2 years in Real estate /MBA or PGDM

4. Male candidate with a vehicle is preferred.

 

Role and Responsibilities:-

  • Responsible for sales of the Company’s Properties
  • Follow up leads Contact Client, conduct effective meetings and close deals
  • Contacts Leads & Prospect
  • Follow up on existing clients
  • Gathering customer and market information.
  • Accompany clients during site visits.
  • Prompt response to client queries regarding construction work , financing , maintenance , repairs.
  • Prepare & execute presentations
  • Follow-up customer’ accounts
  • Follow-up collections
  • Prepare sales reports
  • Handle customer service
  • Developing and maintaining of database in system &  Regular Reporting & Follow-ups
  • Negotiate with customer over the price & closing the deal.
  • Reviewing own sales performance and aiming to meet or exceeds targets.
  • Candidate should be energetic professional with an aptitude for selling.
  • Timely reporting on site visits and sales performance to management.
  • Responsibilities of updating the flat availability list once the booking form received.
