My experience not only includes our flat but also the amenities, customer service and the surroundings of our apartment. When I made my final decision and went to Sekhar developers office they treated me very well as they explained everything from amenities, payment procedure and the surroundings that I will be having access to after I move in. As my office is located in Brookfield which is just 5km from the apartment it made much easier to commute as we all know how traffic can be during peak hours. I was a bit worried about my kids’ education but thank god I there is also a school nearby. I thought the pricing was bit high but the payment option they offered lessen my burden because I got to know what I was getting for that price is simply amazing. My wife has easy access to a grocery store as its just situated opposite our apartment. Not only a supermarket but also provisional stores and transport facilities are available.
Coming to amenities and structure they offer Pool View Party Hall, Kids Play Area, Swimming Pool, Swimming Pool, A/C Gym, Schindler Automatic Elevators, Intercom, CCTV Surveillance, and Power backup. With design and structure of Sekhar Hyde park, I think I have got a good deal from them. I would highly recommend Sekhar Hyde park everyone who are looking for an apartment.
